Wellness centre is a place for rest, relaxation and refreshment of body and soul.

You enter “TEN SPA” on your own responsibility and that is why we ask you to follow these rules.

AGE AND HEALTH

Children under 15 years must be under supervision of an adult person at all times. Sauna and massage facilities are only available to persons older than 15 years. Children under 15 years are allowed in the wellness centre until 7 p.m.

Please inform us about any health restrictions, allergies or injuries that would influence negatively the quality of provided services.
“TEN SPA” wellness centre reserves the right to restrict entry into wellness facilities or to provide on-the-spot treatment in case of contraindications. Most of the therapeutic procedures are not suitable for pregnant women.

Indication and Contraindication massage's

HYGIENE

All textiles used are sterile and changed after every procedure.
Before entering the swimming pool, sauna or massage use the shower. During sauna baths in dry saunas use the linen designed for this purpose. Before leaving the wellness centre return all used linen at the reception desk.

INJURIES

We are not responsible for any injuries inflicted in the area of “TEN SPA” wellness centre.

HYDRATION

Make sure you drink enough liquids to prevent dehydration, especially when taking sauna baths. We do not recommend undergoing any wellness procedures after alcohol consumption.

CLOTHING

We provide a locker for your personal belongings. Swimwear is required in the swimming pool area. Disposable underwear to be worn during massages is provided when necessary. Please bring comfortable cotton clothing for the traditional Thai massage.

LATE ARRIVAL

Please arrive at least 10 – 15 minutes before the start of the booked wellness procedure. Late arrival will shorten the procedure with no right to claim a discount.

LOSS AND DAMAGE

We ask you to deposit your valuables in the safe at the reception of HOTEL TENIS. We do not have any responsibility for loss or damage of your personal belongings.
